Singing Room

There are places called singing rooms in Korea.
They are very different from Karaoke in Japan.
Singing rooms have 10 to 20 private rooms, and no alcohol is served.
Each room is equipped with a video monitor which is connected to a melody machine and microphones.
Koreans like to go to singing rooms with their family members and friends and take turns singing songs.
The cost is between 8,000 and 15,000 won.
People pay it in advance for an hour.
Many people practice their favorite songs in these singing rooms.
