Kimchi? No!

Kimchi is the most typical Korean vegetable dish.
There are over 100 different kinds of kimchi in Korea.
Kimchi is made with all seasonal vegetables.
In the old days, Korean women chose a good day to make the kimchi which they ate during the winter.
It was a big family event.
After making kimchi they dug holes and buried the chimchi jars up to the mouths of the jars.
This was to keep the kimchi fresh for the 3 months of winter.
Now, many housewives buy factory-made kimchi at the supermarkets.
Japanese also built kimchi factories in Japan and they export aboard.
The Japanese can not pronounce kimchi correctly, so they cll it 'Kimchi.'
